Athens - Kathryn H. Bumgartner of Athens, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis E. Bumgartner; sisters, Dorothy Andrews and Ruby Whittington; and brother, Raymond Hosfeld.
Survivors include two sons and their spouses, James L. and Margaret C. Bumgartner and John E. and Adriana R. Bumgartner; three grandchildren, Eric L. Bumgartner, Cristina A. Bumgartner, and Elena M. Bumgartner; one sister, Marjorie Feicht; and her sister-in-law, Joye W. Hosfeld.
A private memorial service will be held by the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrenís Research Hospital, P.O. Box 2132, Memphis, TN 38101, Food Bank of Northeast Georgia, P.O. Box 48857, Athens, GA 30604 or to the charity of your choice.
