Jurlee Duncan Bonner

July 15, 1928 — May 12, 2014

Jurlee Duncan Bonner, 85, died Monday, May 12, 2014.
A native of Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Columbus and Annie Knight Duncan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, William "Red" Bonner , her second husband, Al Fielding, four brothers, four sisters and one stepson. She retired from Dairy Pak as a Quality Inspector.
Survivors include her children, Tommy (Bonnie) Bruce and their son, Michael Bruce; Brenda (Charles Edward) Roberts and their children, Michele Gossitt , Chuck Roberts and Tina Roberts; Chris Bonner: Waymon (Libby) Bonner and their children, Alaina Shriver, Jordan Bonner and Cole Bonner; Jenny (Leon) Smallwood and their children, Danny Campbell and Shelly Fincher; Louie (Regina) Bonner and their children, Jennifer Rose Bonner, Dillon Bonner, Jesse Bonner and Luke Bonner; stepchildren: Billy Bonner, Shirley Bonner, Margaret Bonner; sister: Mildred Ginn; brother: Edward Duncan and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 1PM at Lord and Stephens East chapel with Revs. Charles Roberts and Lester Dove officiating. Burial will follow at Thaxton-Wynne Cemetery.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be a grandson, Cole Bonner and great grandson, Caleb Campbell.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 13, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. The family will also be gathering at the residence of her daughter, Jenny Smallwood, 88 Spratlin Ponds Drive, Hull, GA.
Lord and Stephens East is in charge of arrangements.
