Colbert - Judy Shelnutt, age 62, of Colbert, died Friday evening, June 23, 2006 at Athens Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Shelnutt was born in Keystone, Alabama, to the late Chester Herbert and Annie Lynn McDaniel Doran. She was retired from the University of Georgia.
Survivors include her husband, Tom Shelnutt; two sons, Thomas David and Casey Benard Shelnutt, of Athens; a sister, Laura Ferguson of Chattanooga, Tn.; two brothers, Fritz V. Doran of San Diego, CA and Kevin Doran of Dalton, Ala. and one grandchild.
Memorial service to be announced at a later date.
Lord and Stephens Funeral Home-East is in charge.
