Athens - Judy Marie Coveny, 55, died Saturday, June 30, 2007 at St. Mary's Hospice House.
A private graveside service will be held in Columbus, GA at a later date.
Born in Ft. Bragg, NC, she was the daughter of Jeanette Ogletree Coveny of Winterville and the late Robert Francis Coveny.
In addition to her mother, survivors include three sisters: Jo Anne Coveny Glesser of Pensacola, FL, Jill Coveny Birch of Winterville, Jennifer Elizabeth Coveny of Pensacola, FL; brother: Robert Francis Coveny, II of Portland, OR; nieces and nephews: Meagan Coveny Glesser, Michael C. Birch, Haley Burke Coveny, Robert Clarke Coveny.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Lord and Stephens, EAST is in charge of arrangements.
