Judy A. Boyd

Colbert - Judy A. Boyd, 70, died Saturday, August 6, 2011.
Born on the Patton Flat in Fulton, Miss., she was the daughter of the late Gordon E. and Loulella Crane Holley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Murl Holley; sister and brother-in-law, Charlene and Troy Jackson; and half-brother, Jessie Holley.
Her survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Lisa Boyd, of Colbert; daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Chris Bailey, of Colbert; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Joe Leech, of Winthrop Harbor, Ill., and Martha and Jeff Stanich, of Kenosha, Wis.; grandchildren, Jackson, Jordan, and Avery Bailey, and Cody and Jarrett Boyd; nephews, Tim Jackson, Joe Leech Jr., Jeff Leech, and Jeff Stanich Jr.; and nieces, Phyllis Williams, Charlotte Pickle, Jill Leech, Jennifer Riley, Stacey Stanich, and Michelle Anderson. Her survivors also include her half-brothers, Bobby and Jackie Holley, and half-sisters, Jewitte Kelley and Hazel Livingston.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, August 12, at Crossroads Community Church, with the Rev. Morris Sapp and her son-in-law, the Rev. Chris Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Athens Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 11, at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home East, Lexington Road, Athens.
