A native of Oglethorpe County, she was a daughter of the late Tom and Margaret Kennebrew Hicks.
Memorial services will be Thursday, November 9, 2006, at 7:00 PM at Lord and Stephens, Oglethorpe Chapel with Rev. B. G. Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until service time.
Survivors include her son, Matt Scarboro of Gainesville, GA; three grandchildren, Ryen Scarboro, Nicholas Scarboro, both of Rayle, and Shelby Drake of Crawford.
Lord and Stephens, Oglethorpe Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
