Judith Ann Calkin

Athens - Judith Ann Finton Calkin, 70, died Friday, March 25, 2011. A native of Owosso, Michigan, she is survived by her husband, Ken Calkin; daughter, Lisa Potts; sons, David and his wife Meg, Jamie and his wife Katie; and grandchildren, Erik, Shane, Brian, Kincaid, Violet, Cormick, and Ruby. Judy retired from her private law practice in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She held degrees from the University of Michigan and Dickinson School of Law. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Muriel Finton. She lived in Athens since 2005. Her memorial service will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at the Day Chapel at The State Botanical Gardens in Athens, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cancer Foundation of Northeast Georgia, P.O.
