Juanita Lee "Nita" Paul

Juanita Lee "Nita" Paul, 80, of Lexington died Sunday, August 12, 2018. Born in Watkinsville on November 22, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Russell L. Lee and Lois Huff Lee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Albert Paul, and sister, Annette Carter. Nita retired from Citizens Banking Company and was charter member of Lighthouse Methodist Church. Survivors include her sons: Tommy (Teresa) Paul of Lexington, Jeff (Marsha) Paul of Lexington; bother: Russell Howard Lee of Watkinsville; grandchildren: Jennifer (Elliott) Burt, Leanne (Brandon) Carter, Sarah (Stewart) Sanders, Meredith (Davis) Meyer and Andy Paul; great grandchildren: Hannah, Jenna Grace, and Ava James Burt, Wyatt and Rhett Carter, Hayden and Lane Thomas Meyer. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 11:00AM at Lighthouse Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 8:00PM at the funeral home on Monday, August 13, 2018.
