Joyce Saxon

Joyce Saxon, 74, wife of the late Marvin Saxon, died Sunday, May 6, 2018. Born in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Jesse Mae Parks Crenshaw and sister to the late Jesse Crenshaw. Joyce has worked as a licensed insurance agent for 30 years and for the last 16 years owned and operated A Better World Insurance Agency. Survivors include her children: Bobby (Kristi) Saxon of Nokesville, VA, Mark (Marie) Saxon of Bogart, Teresa (Keith) Edwards of Hamilton, GA; brother: Tom Crenshaw of Atlanta; sister: Margie Pate of High Shoals; grandchildren: Mack Saxon, Haden Edwards, Heath Edwards, Will Saxon, Ty Edwards, Mason Saxon, Gage Wampler, Macie Edwards, Reagan Wampler. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 11AM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel with Rev. John King officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Cemetery, Monroe.
