Hull - Joyce Wanita Eunice, 68, died February 3, 2007.
A native of Bryson City, NC, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Bessie Freeman Breedlove, and was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Brawley. Mrs. Eunice moved to this area in 1969 from Gastonia, North Carolina and was the manager of Macon Beauty Systems for nineteen years. She was a member of Whitehall Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 6, 2007, at 3:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST. Rev. Buford Lockman officiating. Interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens.
Survivors include five children, Gail Bridges of Statham, Mike McElhannon of Bostwick, Richard McElhannon of Cayman Islands, Bruce Pressley of Hull, Ashley Ivey of Athens; 5 sisters, Virginia King of Bryson City, NC, Merle Calhoun of Gastonia, NC, Lou Mae Ayers, Byrdell Sparks, and Glenda Brendle, all of Bryson City, NC; two brothers, Thad Breedlove and Frank Breedlove, both of Gastonia, NC; nine grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
