Joseph "Joe" James Halper

Joseph James “Joe” Halper, 83, husband of Karen Fifield Halper, died Monday, August 22, 2022. Born in Cleveland OH, Joe was the son of the late Isadore Halper and Helen Keast Halper. He received his Bachelor’s from the Miami University, Oxford, OH and worked as a Sales Representative in the Packaging Industry.  Joe served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War  Survivors in addition to his wife include two children: Lindsey (Frank) Copus and Michael (Akane) Halper and three grandchildren: Carson Copus and TY and Ailana Halper. A celebration of Joe’s life will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 3PM at St. James United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
