Joseph T. Meyer, Jr., 84, died Sunday, January 25, 2009.
A graduate of Villinova University, PA, he served in the United States Navy during World War II and Korea. He belonged to VFW Post 2872, M. O. C., Amvets Post 10 and American Legion.
He is survived by a brother, Frank H. Meyer of Jacksonville, FL and many nieces, nephews and close friends including, Anne, John and Beth Zelley of Athens.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 3, 2009 from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
