John Rufus Hill

John R. Hill, 81, died March 31, 2016. A native of Montgomery, AL, he was a son of the late Glen Rush and Nan Allie Tillery Hill. Mr. Hill was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Harris and Mary Bell Jinright and two brothers, Bobby Hill and Richard Hill. He retired from General Time and was a veteran of the United States Army. Graveside services will be Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Clark Cemetery. Survivors include his wife of fifty-seven years, Faye Hill; son, Glenn Hill of Ocala, FL; daughter, Brenda Hill of Lexington; three sisters, Vivian Lyon, Georgia Cargile and Glenda Missildine; five grandchildren, Jonathon Huff, Paige Murphy, Mathew Reed, Jeremy Hill and Breanna Hill; three great grandchildren, Luke Huff, Gavin Reed, Camden Huff and "one of the way".
