John Thomas Bleecker, 65, of Watkinsville, Georgia passed away suddenly on Monday, May 22nd, 2017.
John was born in York, Pennsylvania to John Norton Bleecker and Mirriam Bentzel Bleecker on June 10th, 1951. He graduated from Elizabethtown College. He married Paula Diane Kramer on May, 7 1977. John owned various businesses around York, Pennsylvania for over twenty years. He then relocated his family to Watkinsville, Georgia to attend the University of Georgia's School of Law, from which he graduated in 1999.
John had a zest for life that was unfounded, almost child-like. His cackle of a laugh could fill a room and his presence was always known. He was always eager to absorb new information and was never at a loss for words. John had a deep appreciation for all genres of music and movies, and he enjoyed many outdoor activities. John, however was happiest when spending time with his family.
John is preceded in death by his mother and father, and his youngest son, Tyler Bleecker. He is survived by his wife, Paula Bleecker; his oldest son and daughter-in-law, Evan and Audra Bleecker; his middle son and daughter-in-law, Cutler and Julia Bleecker; his brothers, Jack Bleecker and Kim Bleecker; and his grandsons, Penn Morris Bleecker (7) and Levi Wilkes Bleecker (4).
