John Edward Bentley

John Edward Bentley  71 of Watkinsville, passed away Friday October 15, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital. He was born in Decatur, GA to James & Alva Bentley. John owned and operated Pro Auction Company until his onset of COPD, which he battled for several years. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and a step son, Marty. The family will visit at the funeral home, Sunday October 24, 2021 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. No services are scheduled at this time.  Survivors are, Wife, Sybil; daughter, Tracy; two brothers, David and Robert; two sisters, Ann and Lynn; two step children, Rhonda and Kane and seven grandchildren.  Lord & Stephens, West, Watkinsville, GA is in charge of arrangements. www.lordandstephens.com
