Joanne Brudvig

Joanne Brudvig 86 of Athens, passed away on October 14, 2022. She was the daughter of Frank & Annie Dellinger; also preceded in death by her husband, Nels Marvin Brudvig. She is also preceded in death by sister and brothers, Myrtle Gordon, Virginia Scott, Billy Dellinger, Sammy Dellinger, Pat Dellinger, and Dewey Dellinger. She was a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Lord & Stephens, East Chapel with Pastor Anthony Watts officiating. The visitation will be at the funeral home from 12:00pm to 2:00 pm prior to the service. The interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.

Survivors include Daughter, Angela (Rick) Compton; brother, Jerry (Karen) Dellinger; grandchildren, Brittany (Tony) Workman and Cheyanne (Brian) Compton; great-grandchildren, Aiden Workman and Adalyn Workman; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Ashton Waldrop, Jeremy Dellinger, Jeremy Farmer, Chase Waldrop, Patrick Cawley, and Brian Langley.
