Jimmie Jo Autrey

Jimmy J. Autrey, cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and sister, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at the age of 77.

Born in Rome, GA, she was a daughter of the late James Warren and Peggy Robertson Warren. Ms. Autrey was a faithful member of First Pentecostal Church of Athens and she loved fishing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Warren and her sister, Tyra Ann McGinnis.

Survivors include her children, Toni Blanton (Cecil), James Rawlins, Kim Steverson and Adam Ivy; sister, Glenda Teague; five grandchildren, Tiffany Winburn, Stephanie Pruett, Cody Rawlins, Dylan Rawlins and Donnie Stranski; 13 great-grandchildren, Victor Tyner, Aleister Bishop, Houston Winburn, Georgia Pruett, Bella Pruett, Irelyn Pruett, Kinsley Rawlins, Veda Rawlins, Olympus Rawlins, Ashlynn, Brendan, Landon and Hannah and one great-great grandchild, Hudson.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 2:00 pm at First Pentecostal Church of Athens. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at the church.
