Jerry Ann Wells Hammond, 71, of Bogart died Wednesday, February 24, 2016. Born in Houston, TX, she was the daughter of the late Jake Green Wells and Sara Elizabeth Lord Wells. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Gary Hammond; children: Greg (Dawn) Hammond, Tammy (Danny) Doster and Todd (Laurie Ann) Hammond all of Bogart; grandchildren: Hunter Hammond, Daniel Doster, Chancey Doster, Jessie Doster, Chad Hammond, Chandler Hammond; step grandchildren: Dustin, Bradley and Mary Katherine Ogletree. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 11AM at Lord and Stephens West Chapel with Rev. Ben Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Friday, February 26, 2016 at the funeral home.
