Danielsville - Jerrie Ann Edwards, 64, wife of the late John H. Edwards, died Saturday, December 3, 2005 at her residence.
Born in Oglethorpe County she was the daughter of the late William Troy and Jewrell Peterman Fields. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church and the former owner of the Gospel Barn.
Survivors include her children John W. Edwards of Myrtle Beach, SC, William J. ìPeteî Edwards of Danielsville, Karen C. Smith and fiance Joel Pothier of Cleveland, GA, James R. Edwards and Helen Akins of Danielsville; sister Linda Joyce Bond of Danielsville; brothers William Fields of Royston, Jimmy E. Fields of Colbert; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and special friend Nancy Dougherty.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Colbert Cemetery with Revs. Wayne Wills and Robert Garrett officiating. Visitation will be held Monday from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Billy Lee Tucker, Christopher Lee Tucker, Steve Shelnutt, John Sullivan, Allen West, Richard Scott Royal, Troy Cash and J.R. Bowen.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the North East Georgia Cancer Center.
Lord & Stephens, Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
