Jeremy Sean Buchanan age 19 died Monday November 7, 2011. Mr. Buchanan was a native of Dekalb County and was a Army Veteran.
Memorial services will be held at Brown Chapel, Danielsville on Saturday November 12, 2011 at 3:00pm.
Survivors include wife: Samantha Henry Buchanan, daughter: Ember Sophia Buchanan, father: Sean (Amie) Buchanan, mother: Robin (Steven) Andrews, grand parents: Elizabeth Hansford, Allen Perry, and great grandparents: Charles and Gloria Smith. Brothers: Trevor, Logan, and Morgan Bennett, and Austin Andrews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 7-9pm.
Brown Chapel, Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
