Winder - Jeffrey Thomas Belcher, 45, died Thursday, August 09, 2007 at Barrow Memorial
Hospital.
A native of Chicago IL, Jeff was the son of Pat Burkett of Bogart and the late James Burkett. He was a member of Bogart United Methodist Church and the Athens Moose Lodge 767. He was an avid Hunter and Fisherman.
In addition to his mother survivors include his fiancé; Kimberly Martin of Winder; son: Josh Belcher of Middletown, OH; brothers: Bob Belcher of Bogart, David Belcher of Bogart, Tim Belcher of Louisville, KY, Danny Burkett of Easley, SC; sister: Debbie Johnson of Kingston, NC; granddaughter: Alexis Belcher.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 11, 2007 at 1:00PM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel with Rev. Barbara Ulrich officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oconee Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
