Athens - Jeffery Alan Pittman, 52, passed away October 1, 2008.
A native of Clarke County, he was a son of Charles Edward Pittman of Hull and the late Sylvine Adams Pittman. He was an electrician and a six year veteran of the United States Navy.
Memorial services will be Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Gordon's Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Lee Adams officiating.
Survivors in addition to his father include his brother, Mike Pittman of Hull; sister, Connie Pittman Whiting of Saratoga Springs, Utah; loving canine companion, Brandi.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5 - 8 p.m. at the residence of Kathy Walker Connell, 615 Sanford Road, Hull, GA 30646.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
