Winterville - Jeannette M. Stigile, wife of the late Arthur L. Stigile and formerly of Newark, DE, died Saturday, August 13, 2005 at Rainbow Retirement Center.
Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Randolph Wythe Rigney, Sr. and Cecelia May Rigney. She was a member of Cornerstone Church of God where she was very active in teaching Sunday School and the Athens Recovery Ministry at Cornerstone.
Survivors include her daughters Sharon Dutton of Arnoldsville and Deborah Belote of Athens; sons Arthur W. Stigile of Silver Springs, MD, Kenneth W. Stigile of Virginia Beach, VA, Richard D. Stigile of Powhatan, VA, Michael J. Stigile of Jackson, MS and David S. Stigile of Westbrook, ME; brothers, Randolph Rigney, Jr. of Winterville, Eugene Rigney of Wilmington, DE, 18 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at 1PM at Cornerstone Church of God with Pastors Richard D. Stigile, Michael J. Stigile and Scott Sheppard officiating. Visitation will be held tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Winterville Cemetery.
