Mrs. Jean Ward passed away at Athens Regional Medical Center at 12:58 AM August 6, 2016 after a short illness.
Jean was born December 2, 1933 in Custer, Montana and raised in Laurel, Montana. She graduated from Laurel High in 1950 and then married John Ward. John and Jean were married for 65 years. They have three children, ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Jean loved her family and made them her life's work. She was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church in Watkinsville, GA.
Jean loved and served the Lord for 63 years and is now with her Lord forever. We will all miss her.
A memorial service for Jean is planned for 3pm, Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Faith Presbyterian Church in Watkinsville GA.
