Jean Barfield Terrell

Jean Barfield Terrell, 78, wife of 34 years to Hugh Burton Terrell, died Sunday, November 28, 2021. Born in Terrell County, GA she was the daughter of the late Atkinson Truitt Barfield and Eddie Dorris Sauls Barfield and mother to the late Russell Wayne Struck. Mrs. Terrell had worked as a clerk for XPEDX Paper Company and was a member of Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula, GA.  Survivors in addition to her husband Hugh include three children: Cindy Jean Allen (Michael), Michael Howard Struck and Debra Rae Struck; four step-children: Julie Hicks (Eric), Judy Peerless (Brad), Laurie Sharpe (Hal) and Hugh Terrell II (Michelle), twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Hebron Baptist Church, Chapel, 202 Hebron Church Road, Dacula GA 30019, on Sunday, December 19th at 2:30 p.m. and the family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow the service. Any food donations can be dropped off prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research at www.rallyfoundation.org
