J.C. Morrow

Mr. J.C. Morrow, age 80 of Athens passed away Sunday, August 12, 2012 following a period of declining health. Mr. Morrow was born in Athens on July 15, 1932 to J.T. and Lizzie Mae Morrow. He was a member of New Covenant Worship Center; he worked for Adams Transfer and Storage as well as Mayflower Transit. Mr. Morrow served his country honorably with the United States Army. He is survived by his wife Allie Lee Morrow, sons and daughters in law Jeff and Kristie Morrow; Travis and Tammy Morrow; brothers and sisters in law, Billy and Caroline; Tommy and Martha Morrow; sisters and brothers in law Peggy and Jerry Craig, Patsy and Duane Vanderkooi, Betty Jo Fleeman; grandchildren Brittany Morrow, Hunter Morrow, Brandon Morrow, and Logan Morrow; as well as many Nieces and Nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, August 13, 2012 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 11:00 AM from the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Buford Lockman and Rev. Howard Conine.
The family has asked in lieu of flowers the donations be made to the family c/o Jeff Morrow 534 Reynolds Court, Statham, GA. 30666.
