James Arthur Noell Sr

James Arthur Noell, 61, died October 21, 2012.
A lifelong resident of this area, Mr. Noell was employed with E. R. Snell Paving Company for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Flotilla Melton Noell; his first wife, Shirley Noell; three sons, Michael Noell, Ronnie Noell and Donnie Noell; brother, Howard Noell; two sisters, Brenda Sweatman and Frances King.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST. Interment will be in Clark Cemetery in Lexington, GA.
Survivors include his wife, Roberta Noell; son, James Arthur (Tonya) Noell, Jr., of Watkinsville; stepson, Jeremy Porter of Nicholson; siblings, Donald Noell, Bobby (Marie) Noell, Delores Cruz, Carolyn Brooks, and Patsy Dawson; grandchildren, Trey Noell, Emily Noell, Blake Noell, Bailey Noell, Haley Roberts, Austin Roberts; step grandchildren, Kaitlyn Porter, Amy Porter and Emily Porter; two great grandchildren, Jackson Noell and Makenzie Stevens; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 10:00AM until service time.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
