James Andrew Dinnan

Dr. James Andrew Dinnan age 83 died Monday October 8, 2012. Mr. Dinnan was the son of the late Raymond and Genevieve Whitington Dinnan. Mr. Dinnan was preceded in death by a son Thomas Patrick Dinnan and a brother Raymond Dinnan. Mr. Dinnan was a retired teacher from U.G.A. and was a Marine Core Veterian.

Funeral services will be held Friday in the chapel of Lord and Stephens,East, at 11:00am. Father Tom Vigliotta will officiate. Burial will follow at Athens Memory Gardens.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years Louise Dinnan; children; James Walter (Paula Jo) Dinnan, Jane Louise Dinnan (Amnon Levi), Barbara Anne Dinnan, and Joseph Andrew Dinnan. Brother; John Dinnan. 16 Grandchildren and a number of Great Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday October 11, 2012 from 7-9pm.
