Athens - Jacob Allen Bishop, 18, died April 5, 2007.
A native of Clarke County, he was a son of Sheryl M. Bishop of Bogart and Jeffrey Bishop of Athens. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Allen Bishop.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 7, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST, with Rev. Chuck Garrett officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors in addition to his parents include a brother, John Asbury Bishop of Bogart; grandparents, Martha M. Bishop of Athens, Sue Crowe of Bogart, John Roy Mobley of Monroe; aunts and uncles, Rick and Tracy Owens of Macon, Barry and Nina Mobley of Monroe; three cousins, Taylor Owens, Alina Mobley and Michael Mobley.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until service time.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
