Homer Jackson Fendley

Homer Jackson "Jack" Fendley, 84, of Danielsville, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016.
Born in Danielsville, he was the son of the late Albert Louis and Elvira O'Kelley Fendley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Janie Fendley Daniel, and her husband, Watson.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Peggy Joyce Fendley; two children, Karen Gordon and her husband, Eddie Gordon, and Marvin Fendley and his wife, Marolyn Fendley; two sisters, Alice Martin and her husband, the late Arnold Martin, and Joyce Motes and her husband, Ernest Motes; four grandchildren, Lisa Fendley, Amanda Fendley, Sara Fendley and Zachary Gordon; and one great grandchild, Marissa Moon.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Lord and Stephens, Danielsville with Rev. Jeff Wells officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
