Hilda Louise Patton

Hilda Louise Patton, 85, of Carlton, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016.
A lifelong resident of Oglethorpe County, she was the daughter of the late Joe Thomas Patton and Ada Tiller Patton. Ms. Patton loved flowers and her cats and dogs. She was a member of Glade United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five siblings, Thomas Patton, Fred Patton, Frances Headspeth, Doris Reagan and Gertrude Patton.
Survivors include one sister, Jonell Steele and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 26, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Glade United Methodist Church with Rev. Doug Bower officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Guest, Jason Guest, Marshall Patton, Larry Munday, Lee Tiller, Keith Headspeth and Lee Yearwood. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
