Hilda (Brown) Fleming

September 21, 1921 — December 18, 2011

Mrs. Hilda Tyner Fleming, 90, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011.
Mrs. Fleming was the daughter of the late Ola and Swift Brown. She was a member of Crawford Baptist Church. She had retired from the Department of Family and Children Services after serving as a department caseworker and manager for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Garnett Tyner, and her second husband, Vernon Fleming; brothers, Isom Brown, Ray Brown and Fred Brown.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, Danielsville with Rev. David Shivar officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include her sons: Ty (Beth) Tyner , Terry (Kathy) Tyner, and David (Jan) Tyner; grandchildren, Jennifer Tyner (Bert) Aspinwall, Matthew (Sarah) Tyner, Andy (Rhonda) Tyner, Mimi Tyner, Lance (Heather) Tyner, Jill Tyner (Chad) Thomason and Wade (Jaclyn) Tyner; sisters-in-law, Lolita Brown, Peggy Brown and Pat Morris; fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Andy Tyner, Lance Tyner, Matt Tyner, Wade Tyner, Burt Aspinwall and Chad Thomason.
The family will like to express a heartfelt gratitude to Courtney Lawrence and Mary Lawrence for their dedication and love to Mrs. Hilda the past five years.
Lord and Stephens, Danielsville is in charge of arrangements
