Henry Wilson Wilder

Henry Wilson Winder, age 64, of Crawford, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2012 at his home.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00p.m., Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Temple United Methodist Church in Arnoldsville, Ga. The family will receive friends between 6:00p.m. and 8:00p.m., Friday, August 25, 2012 at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, East in Athens, Georgia.
Mr. Wilder was born to Carlos Brown Wilder and Henrietta Doster Wilder on December 10, 1947 in Sylvester, Georgia. A graduate of Worth County High School, he attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and Georgia State University.
Mr. Wilder has resided in Crawford, Georgia for thirteen years. He was associated with Amramp Company in Crawford.
Mr. Wilder was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Gail R. Wilder; brother, Carlos Brown Wilder, Jr., and wife, Meme, of Gainesville, Ga.; sister, Rosemary Wilder Adkins, of Marietta, Ga.; nephews, Carlos Brown Wilder, III, and his wife, Valerie, of Grasonville, Md., Carlton David Adkins of Annapolis, Md., and Christopher Wilder Adkins of Birmingham, Al.; niece, Christy Wilder Greene, and her husband, Scott, of Bowling Green, Ky.; four grand-nephews; and one grand-niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Temple United Methodist Church in Arnoldsville, Ga.
Funeral arrangements will be handled by Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, East.
