Henry Earl Howard

SGT. Henry Earl Howard, 22, died Friday, November 9, 2012.
Born in Royston, he was the son of John Benson and Tracey Jones Howard of Comer. He was actively serving in the US Army Reserve. Henry was employed at Walmart and Cross Restoration and was attending Athens Technical College.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his sister: Gracie Floretta Howard of Comer; maternal grandmother: Gracie Jones of Danielsville; aunts and uncles: Pam Barretine of Crawford, Cecil Mauldin of Crawford, Lynda Maddox of Danielsville, Donald Jones of Banks Crossing, Wanda Chambers of Comer, Rose Jones of Hull; girlfriend: Laura Anfinson; and a number of cousins and other family.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 11AM at Lord & Stephens Danielsville Chapel. Burial will follow at Winterville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8, Monday, November 12, 2012 and 6 to 8, Tuesday, November 13, 2012.
