Harvey Mitchell McCannon, Jr

Harvey Mitchell McCannon, Jr., known to all as Junior, 47, died Saturday November 10, 2018. Junior was preceded in death by his father Harvey McCannon and is survived by his mother Patricia McCannon, his children Danny, Jacob, Hannah, and Erica McCannon, his sisters Lisa Barber and Angel Jett and his long- time companion Summer Evans and her children Lexie and Xander , whom he was a great father figure to. Junior loved watching Georgia Bulldogs Football and Dale Earnhardt Sr and Jr race. He also loved going to the mountains and the beach and having campfires and steak on the grill. Junior was a great mechanic and a great friend to many and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be Saturday November 17, 2018 2:00pm in Lord & Stephens, East Chapel with Mr. Rodney Epps officiating. The family will visit at the funeral home Friday November 16, 2018 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The interment will be in Burts UMC cemetery.
