Grady McCannon

Grady Dell McCannon, 64, of Hartwell, died Friday, September 16, 2016. Grady was born in Athens to the late Stewart and Ilene O'Kelley McCannon and raised in Crawford GA. He retired from Snow Tire Company after many years of service. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Harvey McCannon. Grady is survived by his children, Rebecca McCannon, David McCannon, and Darrell Drake, siblings Dorothey Beck, Mary Nell McCannon, Joann Burdette, and Joey Peerson, his longtime girlfriend Mary Wilson, and step-daughter Michelle. The family will receive friend Sunday from 6-8 P.M. at Lord and Stephens, East. Graveside service will be held Monday at 1:00 PM at Burt United Methodist Church cemetery with Rev. B.G.
