Jacksonville, Florida - Grace Parks Edwards, 87, died Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park, FL.
Born in Gillsville, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Minnie Day Parks. She was also preceded in death by her husbands Eugene Hamilton and Charles Edwards and son Wesley Brian Hamilton. She had worked as a teller with C&S Bank and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Gail Pace of Jacksonville, FL; step daughter: Elsie Davis of Newnan; brothers: Bobby Parks of Hull, David Parks of Athens; grandchildren: Lane Pace, Leigh Little, Phillip Hamilton; great grandchildren: Andi Pace, Austin Pace, Courtney Grace Little, Blake Little.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 2, 2008 at 2PM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel with Rev. Bill Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow at Crooked Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
