Jefferson - Gilda Fran Simonton, 58, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
A native of Gainesville, she was the daughter of Frances Louise Carter Ward and the late Gilder Ray Ward and was married for 29 years to Billy Dean Simonton. Mrs. Simonton was a homemaker.
Memorial services will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, May 22, 2010, at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home West Chapel, Bogart, with the Rev. Steve Powers officiating.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include three children, Bronson Dorsey, Britt Ray Simonton and Tabitha Fran Pue; sister, Patricia Ann Young; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Lord & Stephens Funeral Home West is in charge of arrangements.
