Mr. George Shirley Sorrow age 64 of Colbert, passed away October 18, 2012. He was the son of the late, Fred & Murdis Brown Sorrow. Mr.Sorrow was preceded in death by; daughter, Murdis Denise Sorrow, son, George Fred Sorrow. He is also preceded in death by brother, Roy Sorrow and two sisters, Joyce Gosnell and Daisy Francis Sorrow.
Graveside services will be held Monday, 12:00 PM October 22, 2012 at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Monday 10:00 AM to 12:00PM.
Mr. Sorrow is survived by, Wife, Paula Sue Sorrow, four daughters, Lynn (Tony)Barner, Carol (Steve) Gee, Bernice Edwards and Candy (Todd) Sorrow; son, Nathaniel (Kim) Sorrow. A sister, Linda Gosnell and Ten Grandchildren and Five Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Lord & Stephens, Danielsville in charge of arrangements.
