George Day Adcock

Watkinsville - George Day Adcock, 75, husband of the lat Mildred Bruce Adcock, died Sunday, March 11, 2007 at Comer Nursing Home.
A native of Madison, he was the son of the late Marshall and Molly Peters Adcock. He was also preceded in death by his brother Larry Adcock. He retired from General Cable as a Machinist and served his country in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his daughter: Cindy Edenfield of Commerce; grandchildren: Christopher Cronic, Kelly Cronic, Kelsey Edenfield, Tyler Ednfield; great granddaughter: Cloe Teets.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at 2PM at Oconee Chapel.
