Gene Lamar Bryant

Gene Lamar Bryant died Sunday, July 14, 2013. Born in Eatonton, Gene was the son of the late Eugene Errol Bryant and Mary Light Bryant.
In addition to his parents, Gene was preceded in death by brother, Keith Bryant, and grandson James Guest. He is survived by his wife, Jessie Bryant, daughters; Hope (Todd) Hardison and Sabrena (Tom) Shirley, brothers; Dan, Jerry, Mickey, and Davy Bryant, and grandchildren; T.J. Hardison, Melissa Guest, Trey and Samuel Cannon, and Carson Shirley.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at Lord and Stephens West chapel. Visitation will take place Wednesday, July 17, 2013 from 6-8 P.M. Interment will follow the service at Athens Memory Gardens.
