Gaynell Dellinger (Ridgeway) Kirk

January 10, 1931 — October 12, 2011

Gaynell Dellinger Kirk, 80, passed away October 12, 2011.
A native of Oconee County, Mrs. Kirk was the daughter of the late Artice and Eunice Ridgeway and was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Dellinger; sister, Mae Ridgeway; brothers L. J. Ridgeway and Lindon Ridgeway. She retired from General Time/Westclox after 32 years due to her health. She was a member of Bogart Christian Church.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST, with Rev. Ben Parker officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors include her daughters, Pat (John) Edwards of Bogart and Brenda (Billy) Smith of Danielsville; son, Eddie (Melissa) Dellinger of Bogart; sister, Bobbie McDaris of Hartwell; brother, Wayne (Jean) Ridgeway of Statham; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Ty Cobb Nursing Home in Comer and also to Odyssey Hospice.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
