Survivors include his wife, Mary Moore Garrison; daughters: Laurie Garrison Frantz, Rachel Garrison; granddaughter: Annaleigh Frantz; father: Henry J. Garrison; brother: Donald W. Garrison; sister: Kimberly Garrison Moore. He was preceded in death by his mother Virginia Donald Garrison. Services will be private. Lord & Stephens, EAST is in charge of arrangements.
