Born in San Jose, CA, he was the son of the late Clarence W. and Mary Frances Paradise Westover. A former resident of Oglethorpe County, Mr. Westover had moved to Yulee, FL , fourteen years ago. He was a Master Carpenter with Acoustie Engineering in Florida.
Survivors include his brother: Theodore Westover; sisters: Victoria Westover and Jennifer Carty; niece: Katie Westover and numerous aunts and cousins in the Paradise and Hansford families.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 1PM at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
