Watkinsville - Fred Clifford Brown, 67, died July 11, 2005.
A native of Toombs County, GA, he was a son of the late Luther D. and Lula Holcombe Brown, and was preceded in death by two brothers, Glen Brown and Steve Brown. Mr. Brown was in the National Guard for eleven years and was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services will be Thursday, July 14, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Brown; son, Fred Garland Brown of Augusta, GA; daughters, Kristina Marie Lynch of Covington, GA, and Teresa Rene Milby of Alamogordo, NM; two brothers, Harry Brown and Paul Brown; four sisters, Frances Munford, Dorothy Lanier, Martha Poole, and Audrey Kennedy, all of Toombs County, GA; six grandchildren, Brittany Brock, Madison Milby, Drew Lynch, Jessica Brown, Heather Brown, and William Anderson; two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
