Frank Meadows, Jr.

Frank Meadows, Jr., 75, husband of 58 years to Shirley Lucky Meadows, died Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Born in Union Pointe, GA, he was the son of the late Frank Meadows, SR. and Louise Wallace Meadows. He was also preceded in death by his brother; Samuel Burt Meadows; grandson: Jonathan Mann and great granddaughter, Haisley Mae Huff. Know as Brother Frank, he was a longtime minister and member of Prince Avenue Baptist Church. Survivors in addition to his wife include two children: Sherrye Huff of Athens and Christopher Wayne Meadows of Flowery Branch, GA; three sisters: Lucia Burt, Janie Marchman and Elsie Hardman; grandson: Justin (Kellie) Huff and great grandchildren: Chasin Eli Bloodworth and Channing Huff.  Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 11AM at Athens Memory Gardens.
