Frances V. Garrett, 86, died Thursday, June 21, 2012.
A native of Colbert, she was the daughter of the late Luther Claude and Lillian France Norman Black. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Odell Garrett. She retired from Bellsouth.
Survivors include her sister, Minnie Lee Black Epps of Comer and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 2PM at Lord & Stephens East Chapel with Rev. Steve Patton officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
