Floyd Smigiel, 68, of Watkinsville, GA, died at his home on September 16, 2016. Born November 15, 1948, in Saginaw, Michigan, he served in the United States Air Force and as a police officer. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jo, 4 sons, David, Andy, Floyd and Jason, 3 stepsons, Mike, Jim and Jeff and 8 grandchildren. The family will have a wake on October 1, 2016.
