Floyd Alton Green

Floyd Alton Green, 67, husband of 38 years to Gloria Johnson Green, died December 11, 2015. Born in Commerce, Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Donnie Minish Green. He retired from Roper Pump, was a member of Hull Baptist Church and served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. In addition to his wife, survivors include his step children: Gordon Gilreath of Hull, Gena (Russ) Parham of Athens; brothers: Lee (Gail) Green of Commerce, Emory Green of Commerce; grandchildren: Grayson Gilreath, Garrett Gilreath and Chase Parham. A graveside service will be held Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 2PM at Hull Baptist Church Cemetery. Lord & Stephens East is in charge of arrangements.
