Floy Lovern Young, 87, beloved wife of the late Joseph T. Young, died Saturday, December 9, 2006. Crypt side services will be 2:00 PM Friday, December 15, 2006 at Evergreen Memorial Park. Survivors include five children; Julius T. Young (Patricia) of Watkinsville, Lila Driggers (Joe) of Brooklet, Joan Thompson of Athens, Diana Coker of Athens, and Clarence I. Young (Susan) of Nashville, TN, one sister; Bert Ivy of Watkinsville, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mrs. Young was preceded in death by a son; E. Loran Young, two sisters; Millie Young and Beatrice Brooks, and two brothers; Paul Lovern and Clarence Lovern.
